Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to any address in the UK (including Northern Ireland), apart from PO boxes. Please see Royal Mail's Terms & Conditions: https://royalmail.com/terms-and-conditions.

We currently can't deliver or accept returns from the Republic of Ireland or the Channel islands.

How much do delivery and returns cost?
£12. This covers the cost of delivery and returns with the courier.

Can I purchase insurance for my rental?
We understand that wear and tear happens so don't worry, we won't charge you for that.We do not ofter damage insurance against significant damage, loss or theft.

Which delivery date should I pick?
We recommend picking a delivery date that's at least 3 days before you need it so that there's enough time to arrange an exchange if necessary.

When will I receive my rental?
On or before your delivery date. Wherever possible we send out orders early so that you have more time to try the item on. Don't worry, you won't be charged extra if your item arrives early.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

How do you deliver items?
Le Jabot rentals are delivered out to our customers via DPD next day delivery service. We use Royal Mail's tracked 24 hour service for returns.

Can you deliver at the weekends?
Typically not as we use a weekday courier service. If you select a delivery day at the weekend, we'll deliver on the next working day. If it's critical that your items are delivered over the weekend, please Contact Us.


Returns

How do I return my rental?
Pop the prepaid Royal Mail returns label on your mailer bag with all the garments inside.

Seal the bag and return it to a Post Office on or before your Return Date. There are 11,500 of these throughout the UK. Find your nearest one here - Royal Mail Branch Finder.

If your Return date is a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, send your rental item back before midday on the following working day.

What if I return my rental item late?
When items are returned late it can affect other customers' orders. Therefore we charge a daily £50 late fee until the 150% of the item's RRP has been reached. If you're unable to return your item please contact hemmings jane@googlemail.com as soon as possible.

Can I return my item if I am outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns sent from outside of the UK.

If my rental period ends on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, when should I return my items? You should still be able to return your rental at a DPD Pickup shop on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. However it all nearby shops are closed, please return by midday on the following day.

How are items returned?
Items are returned using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 hour service. We use the DPD Next Day service to deliver items to customers.
